I was able to work out all the details of my transaction including the final amount over email and then come test drive and sign the final papers at Carl Black in Hiram. I was treated fairly and efficiently and really enjoyed this buying experience. Two thumbs up !

Best car buying experience
Gary Dauby listened to what we wanted, told us the pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at and even though we were still there after hours he never made us feel we were an inconvenience, but that we were welcome. When it was time to sign the paperwork Ringo Hulsey was patient and answered our questions and again it was way past closing time and he never tried to rush us out the door. I know some of you are thinking they are making a sale that is why they were so nice. Not so, I have been to places that made me feel I was wasting their time and it was during the day. The people at Carl Black Hiram were all very friendly.

2017 WRX
It was a perfectly normal day: My Corvette, windows down, cool breeze, and a windy road. I turn into a parking lot to cool things off. SLAM. Corvette done. Three weeks later, I remember the beautiful blue Subaru parked at Carl Black. I check it out online and pop in the next day. Gary was waiting for me outside, almost as if he knew I was coming. We greet, drive, and did the usual "I'll think about it." I knew this is what I wanted. One more day, we head back over and made it happen. Gary was very understanding and easy to relate to. He told stories about his son and the Subaru that his son takes to the track. Chris seems to be an intelligent mind, proving to us his abilities in finance and providing us with helpful tips on how to build savings and credit. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Everyone kept a positive attitude, even among the presence of certain negative influences that walked in the door. Gary was great, Chris was great, and the dog as well.

How car buying should be! Best customer service I've had at a dealership, hands down. My experience started with an email in the morning expressing interest in a vehicle on the lot. Ryan and Lance assured me that efficiency and customer service would be paramount. They did not disappoint, as the vehicle was waiting out front when I arrived after work. My wife and I test drove the vehicle with Debbie, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Debbie made the environment very relaxed and showed us that there are still dealerships left that aren't loaded with pushy, used car-like salespeople. The crew here is truly second to none! My husband and I came in to look for a truck to replace our SUV. The staff was very friendly and helpful and treated us like family, even offering us food from the grill they had going on, which was very good by the way...Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right truck for us. I’d been told scary things about dealerships, that they will try to manipulate you, and get your money. But it was the total opposite here. They treated me like a friend, fought to get me the best deal, and made me feel like I wasn’t there to spend money but to make my life better by getting a new car. I especially would like to thank vic and the manager, along with the finance guy. All three of them really made this process smooth and comfortable. I was looking at a 2012 Ford Focus originally, but they told me they didn’t want me to get it because it was having some problems, very thoughtful. They told me a 2017 Ford Focus, newer, better mileage, etc was a better choice and was even around the same price. I agreed and I don’t regret it one bit. Thank you to everyone there! 😁 -Autumn

Golden Customer Service
Friday was a Great Day... thanks to Mr. Vic and his amazing customer service! I came into the dealership concerned about purchasing a car that would fit into my extremely tight budget. After expressing my concerns this gentleman took me around the dealership and showed me several cars which I assumed were to fancy and expensive...to my Surprise they where all the perfect fit. Best buying experience ever!
The whole team is amazing, I live in NC and they went above and beyond when I purchased my tundra. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Vic even brought my truck all the way to NC!!!! Now that's customer service! I'm sure me and my wife are now customers for life. The Satisfied Unicorn Review
My sales pro was wonderfuly personable and not pushyl. He listened to everything I needed, didnt want and didnt make me wanna run from the lot screaming as if my soul was on fire as I have done at other dealerships and taco bells!! My fiance pro Chris was also down to earth and was easy to have casual convos with as I was becoming more poor in front of his eyes. He explained all the paperwork in my finance bible I had to sign and didnt slice me when my credit card was declined twice to give my down payment. I intentionally waited a several weeks before writing this review. I purchased my truck in November 2018. The sales team was very helpful. This was not a high pressure sales pitch kind of place. Vic showed us several options to choose from and allowed us time to talk things over before we made a major purchase. But that is not the most amazing thing about this dealership. The service AFTER the sale makes a difference. I have had my truck in for a couple of oil changes and some other minor items. Each time, I have been greeted by Vic, Lance, Ringo, and Tim. They always ask how things are going and how I am liking my truck. And for those who may think that I might work there, I don't. I have just gotten to know these guys from bringing the truck in for service and the initial sale. The fact that they remember you after the sale makes a huge difference. I will definitely be back for future car purchases. I recommend that you go check them out, as well.

Staff is nice....however check vehicle thoroughly before buy
I am editing my review after more time with car....staff is professional however I would double triple check the vehicle cosmetically and mechanically before you buy it. See details below on my car Thanks for being professional however there are some issues that appeared to have been hidden with the car. It is my fault I didn’t catch them but I don’t think I will be purchasing a car from Carl black anymore. 1. The back window was shattered at one point I had to remove panels that also have broken brackets that hold them in place to get glass out as it would move around and was loud when opening / closing trunk. 2. The Carl black decal sticker I removed on the back covered 2 spots in the paint that left 2 holes in paint. 3. The body kit fender on right front is not even attached. Front bumper is not attached on a few brackets also. 4. It appears the error codes were reset cause I’m getting a low tire pressure error now...which is common when aftermarket wheels are on vehicle (previous owner didn’t purchase tire sensors I guess) I guess I should of took more time and looked vehicle over but I believe some of this probably was hidden before putting it on lot. It’s common for sakes person to reset error codes before putting cars on lot or at auctions as they do not throw errors for a few miles. Thanks for being professional but you won’t get my business again. Thanks.

Best Salesman Ever
Vic Davis made me comfortable and at home and soon as I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me around and showed me what they had and I didnt see anything I wanted and I was about to leave. Vic said wait and went to the inventory for the other location in Roswell and found the perfect car! He told me the car would be there in the morning. He called me to confirm and assure me that he is on top of it and he came through. Even made sure my wife liked it after it was sold. We came in when we first moved to GA and wanted a car but needed some time to settle in. Team and Honor
The entire team was friendly and willing to help. There wasn't any pressure from anyone to purchase or commit to a future transaction. Each team member was willing to just have a conversation! I found that one of the salesman was from my home town and I attended high school with a couple individuals with his last name. I really felt great! Talk about being nervous to go to a car lot and buy a car, that was me and my husband! We are rebuilding our credit and was nervous to get told NO yet again. Then we were nervous we were going to feel that pressure from the salesman... Nope that was not the case, Vic listened to everything I wanted in a car. He showed us a few options that would work great for my family. My husband and I left to sleep on it, and he was totally ok with it and felt no pressure. We came back the next day and left with an amazing vehicle. We really appreciated his help in working with us to find the right fit and was thankful for Chris who helped us with financing! We also had to bring all 3 of our kids, and the staff was all so kind and very helpful at keeping us comfortable, they played kids movies so they were not bored. All in all a great experience! Just great honest sales!!
From the minute I drove in I had a good feeling about this place. I was met by Vic and explain to him my situation. I gave him my budget as to what I was able to spend on a new car. Not only did he get me in my budget he got me blow my budget which was absolutely amazing. Danta worked the numbers and gave me a great deal on my trade in. Chris and finance was the easiest Finance person I've ever had to work with. I drove off the lot that day in the Chevy Sonic.
