My sales person was Vick Davis. He provided me with excellent service! I'm enjoying my new car.
I purchased a Hyundai Palisade from this dealership, and within approximately 24 hours of taking possession of the vehicle, I was already back at the dealership because of problems with it. I was provided with a loaner vehicle due to the inconvenience, and I ultimately had that loaner for approximately three weeks—just one day after purchasing my vehicle.
I was repeatedly told that extensive diagnostic testing was being performed to determine what was wrong. I was also repeatedly reassured that the issue was “nothing major” and that they would “make everything right.” I have these conversations documented in text messages.

Great experience overall and had good laughs in the process. Lance sold me my first car and 12 years later I went back to him and his team. Bought my vehicle here 6 months ago and the customer service and experience was amazing, I literally knew I wanted my vehicle and drove off the lot within an hour or so!! Not to mention I have been bringing it back here for my oil changes and they are quick and efficient! The staff in the service department are so kind! Even just listening to them while waiting for my oil change they are the kindest and have the best intention with every client! 10/10!!
