I had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Honda CR-V. Nathan Bennett, the salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had about the car or the buying process. I never felt pressured or rushed and wasn’t pushed by him or Nathan in the finance department to buy add-ons I said I didn’t want. I typically dread buying cars or even walking into a car dealership, but I am very pleased with my experience at Carl Black in Hiram.
